 WIFI


Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including all accommodations and outdoor areas like the pool. Simply select the strongest network appearing on your phone, tablet, or computer and enter the password written on your room key.
It is the same password for all networks on site



 Cooling and Heating


Each accommodation is equipped with its own heat pump unit, allowing you to control the room temperature. You will find a remote control mounted on the wall


  • Open the A/C ( Red button )
  • Select the mode

      Auto( Cooling and Heating )

      Cooling

     Dehumidifier

     Heating

  • Select your desired temperature     
  • allow 5 to 7 minutes to the unit to start and adjust


Depending on the selected mode, the unit will cool or heat the room until the desired temperature is reached


 CAFE


Each unit is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. You will find a set of glasses, coffee pods, sugar, and powdered creamer in your room. Coffee and supplies are complimentary—please do not hesitate to ask our staff if you need more.
How to use the coffee machine:


  • Add exactly one glass of water into the reservoir
  • Open the machine and insert the coffee pod
  • Close the machine and press the large grey 'K' button
  • Allow the machine to draw the water, heat up, and brew the coffee
  • The process may take 1 to 3 minutes for the water to heat


    • THE MACHINE PROCESSES ONE CUP AT A TIME. DO NOT ADD WATER IF THE FIRST CUP HAS NOT FINISHED BREWING


 TV


Each unit is equipped with a television and a Videotron terminal.
Using the remote control:


  • Turn on the TV using the top LEFT button (TV)
  • Turn on the terminal using the top RIGHT button (CBL)
  • If both are on but there is no signal, make sure you are on HDMI 1 by using the top CENTER button (TV Source)


Radio stations: 560 to 599
TV channels: 601 to 681

  • RDI: 619 / LCN: 620

 Housekeeping 


Daily housekeeping or room refreshment is available upon request. For stays of three nights or more, we will refresh your room on the third day, unless otherwise agreed or requested.


Should you need anything, please do not hesitate to contact our staff for fresh towels, extra coffee, or any other supplies.


The front desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m


 Microwave


A microwave is at your disposal in the common areas:


  • Pool level: Located in the common area facing the pool.
  • Standard room floors: Located in the indoor hallways.
  • Economy section: Located at the front desk



 BBQ 


Gas BBQ grills are at your disposal on-site. These are self-service and do not require a reservation. Cooking utensils are available on-site if needed. However, you must provide your own food, plates, and cutlery.


To start the BBQ:


  • Ensure the gas tank is open.
  • Open the lid and make sure the grill is empty.
  • Turn one burner valve and press the ignition button to light the flame.
  • Be sure to close all valves and the gas tank after use.


Use of the BBQs is at your own risk


 Pool


The pool is open seasonally from June 15th to September 30th, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and is heated to approximately 30°C / 88°F. You may use your room towels, but additional towels are also available for your use near the pool.


   Children must be supervised at all times

    Glass containers are strictly prohibited

   No pets allowed

   Swimsuits are mandatory

   Speakers and loud music are prohibited


We kindly ask you to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment in the pool area


 Laundry


A washer and dryer set is at your disposal in the common area facing the pool.


  • Use of the washer is free of charge. Laundry detergent is available for purchase at the front desk if needed.
  • The dryer requires $1 coins; change is available at the front desk.


The laundry room and its equipment are available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m
