Reservation Policy

• Reservation: To confirm your reservation, you must provide us with your valid VISA, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS card number at phone number 1 800 463 9164.
• Modification: Change of date (before 6:00 pm on the day of arrival) with no service charge. A change in the number of people will result in a new rate.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge before 6:00 pm the day of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after 6:00 pm the day of arrival, a penalty equivalent to the price of the first night, including taxes, will be charged to the credit card.
• Failure to show up: A penalty equal to the cost of the first night, including taxes, will be charged to the credit card.
